RETURN ELIGIBILITY

A return may be accepted where:

• the product is unopened, sealed and in its original condition
• you notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• the item supplied was incorrect, defective or damaged in transit
• any requested photographs or supporting information are provided

Opened, reconstituted, tampered or otherwise altered products are not eligible for return.

CHECKING YOUR ORDER

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If anything is incorrect, damaged or missing, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and details of the issue.

This notification period does not affect any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Before returning anything, contact support@itshavoc.co and wait for return approval and instructions.

Products must be returned:

• unopened and sealed
• securely packaged
• in the same condition in which they were supplied

Please do not send products back without prior authorisation.

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

Once the issue or return has been verified, we may offer either:

• a replacement
• store credit
• a refund to the original payment method

Approved refunds are normally processed within 5–7 working days.

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return results from an error by Havoc Labs or where otherwise required by law.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are limited to products that are defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied and remain subject to verification.

REFUSING A RETURN

We reserve the right to refuse a return where:

• the product has been opened or altered
• packaging or seals have been compromised
• contamination or improper handling is suspected
• the return was not authorised
• the product is not returned in its original condition
• the return otherwise falls outside this policy

STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

All products supplied by Havoc Labs are intended strictly for laboratory research use only.
