PRODUCTS & QUALITY

All products supplied by Havoc Labs are intended strictly for lawful laboratory and scientific research purposes only.
They are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, administration, self-administration, treatment or therapeutic use.
Please read our Research Use Only Policy before ordering.

Where available, products are independently analysed by third-party laboratories to verify characteristics such as identity, purity and quantity.
Testing documentation is made available through the relevant product page or our COA section where applicable.

A Certificate of Analysis, or COA, is a laboratory report showing analytical results for the sample or batch identified on the document.
Where a COA is available for a Havoc Labs product, you can view it through the relevant product page, or on our Lab Results directory.

No. Analytical results can vary between batches, which is why the batch or sample reference shown on a COA is important.

Peptide research materials are generally supplied as lyophilised powder in sealed glass vials, unless stated otherwise on the individual product page.

Storage requirements vary by compound.
Always refer to the storage information shown on the individual product page or relevant technical documentation.
As a general principle, research materials should be kept secure, appropriately stored and protected from unsuitable environmental conditions.

PAYMENTS

We offer two payment options: Pay by Bank through Fena and Direct bank transfer.
With Fena, you choose your bank and authorise payment through your banking app or online banking. With Direct bank transfer, you send the payment manually using the bank details provided after placing your order.
Card payments are not currently available.

Select Pay by Bank at checkout, then choose your bank on the next screen and approve the payment through your banking app or online banking.
There is no need to enter our bank details or an order reference manually. Once payment has been confirmed, you will return to Havoc Labs and receive your order confirmation by email.
Havoc Labs does not receive your online banking password, PIN or security codes. Orders containing pre-order items are dispatched together once all items are available.

Make the transfer through your own banking app or online banking, using the account details provided with your order. Check the account name, sort code and account number carefully before sending payment.
Havoc Labs will never ask for your online banking password, PIN or one-time security codes. If any payment details are unclear, contact support@itshavoc.co before transferring funds.

Select Direct bank transfer at checkout and place your order. Then transfer the full order total to the bank account shown in your payment instructions, using your order number as the payment reference.
Placing an order does not automatically transfer any money. Your order will remain on hold until we have confirmed receipt of payment and will not be dispatched before then.
Orders containing pre-order items are dispatched together once all items are available.

PEPTIDE & RESEARCH BASICS

Peptides are short chains of amino acids linked together by peptide bonds. They are widely used in biochemical, pharmaceutical and molecular research because they can interact with specific biological pathways and receptors.
Products supplied by Havoc Labs are intended strictly for laboratory research use only.

Research grade generally refers to material intended for laboratory and analytical use rather than human or veterinary use.
Quality should be assessed using appropriate analytical testing rather than relying solely on the phrase “research grade”.

Lyophilisation is a freeze-drying process that removes water from a material under controlled conditions.
Many research peptides are supplied as a dry lyophilised powder because this can improve stability during storage and transportation.

Purity describes how much of the material detected during analysis corresponds to the intended peptide rather than impurities or related compounds.
For example, an HPLC result of 99% purity means approximately 99% of the detected chromatographic material was attributed to the main target peak.

High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) is an analytical technique commonly used to assess peptide purity.
The sample is separated into its components and produces a chromatogram. The size of the main peak relative to other detected peaks is used to calculate purity.

Mass Spectrometry (MS) measures the mass-to-charge ratio of molecules and can be used to help confirm the identity of a peptide.
HPLC and mass spectrometry complement each other: HPLC can assess purity, while MS can help confirm that the material has the expected molecular mass.

A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is a laboratory report showing analytical results for a particular sample or batch.

Depending on the analysis performed, it may include:

• compound identity
• purity
• peptide content
• HPLC chromatograms
• mass spectrometry results
• test date
• laboratory verification information

Where available, Havoc Labs publishes relevant testing documentation alongside its products or within our COA library.

A laboratory report only represents the material that was actually tested.
Different manufacturing batches can produce slightly different analytical results, which is why the batch or sample reference shown on a COA matters.
A certificate for one batch should not automatically be treated as evidence for another.

In practice, synthetic peptides can contain very small quantities of related compounds or synthesis by-products.
This is why laboratory results are generally expressed as a percentage rather than simply calling a material “pure”.

Some manufacturers intentionally fill slightly above the nominal amount to allow for manufacturing tolerances and material losses during laboratory handling.
Where quantitative testing has been performed, the COA should show the amount actually measured in the tested sample.

Bacteriostatic water is sterile water containing a small amount of benzyl alcohol as a preservative.
It is commonly used as a laboratory diluent where repeated withdrawals from the same container are required.
Any information provided by Havoc Labs concerning bacteriostatic water relates solely to laboratory research and handling.

Reconstitution means adding an appropriate laboratory solvent or diluent to a lyophilised material so that it forms a solution suitable for the intended experiment or analytical procedure.
Havoc Labs does not provide reconstitution guidance for human or veterinary administration.

Storage requirements depend on the specific compound.

As a general principle, research peptides should be stored:

• securely
• away from direct light
• protected from excessive heat and moisture
• according to the storage information supplied for the particular material

For longer-term storage, some peptides may require refrigeration or freezing.

Always refer to the individual product information where provided.

Not exactly.
Both are made from amino acids, but peptides generally consist of shorter amino-acid chains, while proteins are typically much larger and can have more complex three-dimensional structures.

No. Some peptides occur naturally within living organisms, while others are synthetic analogues or entirely laboratory-designed sequences created for scientific research.

Not necessarily.
A compound being studied in scientific or clinical research does not mean that research-grade material supplied by Havoc Labs is an approved medicine.
Products supplied through Havoc Labs are not supplied for human or veterinary consumption, diagnosis or therapeutic use.
